Who is Anne Koenig?

Anne Koenig, MS LPC

AnneAnne Koenig, MS, LPC, RPT-S is a respected professional counselor who has been in practice in Georgia since 1996.

Anne received her M.S. in Counseling and Education from McDaniel College in Maryland. After moving to Atlanta, Georgia, she completed a two-year internship with the Georgia Association for Pastoral Counseling, where she focused her training on self-psychology and object relations. She is a Georgia Licensed Professional Counselor and has been in private practice in the Buckhead area for the past several years.

In 2007, Anne received her credential as a Registered Play Therapist and Supervisor from the Association for Play Therapists, in order to better meet the needs of children and their families.

Anne is a member of the Georgia Association for Play Therapists, an associate member of Georgia Association for Marriage and Family Therapists, and a member of the Atlanta Jungian Society.

Anne’s specialties include play therapy for children, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues for adolescents and adults. She also offers non-violent communication training.

Anne is qualified to provide supervision for professional counselors and for therapists who wish to receive their Play Therapy credentials.
